Happy20th Birthday to my Sweet Niece Chelsea!Happy Birthday Kiddo, ya know you are not a teen anymore....how did that happen so fast? That picture of you holding baby Jackson the other day brought back memories of me and you. I was just a little 21 year old when you came into the world. I was so thrilled to have a niece to buy girlie things for. You have turned into a smart, beautiful, and sweet young lady, I am so proud of you.
